回しや代行行為については、 公式運営の対策により原因が効果的に除去されたと判断しているため、 現在までに公開されている一覧以外に今後の更新予定はありません。

sekai.run は違法なのか？
まず、sekai.run はゲームデータを直接取得・抽出・リークする行為を一切行っていません。 主に他ウェブサイトや Discord bot などが提供している公開データを基にサービスを運営してきました。
2025年にサービスを一時的に閉鎖したのは、周囲からの懸念を受け、 法的な問題について改めて検討する時間が必要だったためです。
その後、複数の法的リスクについて検討した結果、第三者を通じて提供される事実に基づくデータを、 ゲームコミュニティの活性化を目的として無償で運営することについては、 法的な問題となる可能性は低いと判断し、sekai.runを再開しました。
また、本サービスで使用している第三者提供データには、個人を特定できる情報 （たとえば本名、生年月日、電話番号など）は含まれておらず、そもそも当該情報を収集することも不可能であるため、 この点についても法的な問題となる可能性は低いと判断しています。
実際に、プロセカの公式運営側は sekai.run の存在をすでに把握しているものと認識しています。
類似のウェブサイトやサービスについても、その多くは Sekai Viewer のデータを基に運営されているか、 一部公開データを基に通常運営されているものと認識しています。
sekai.run と類似している、またはそれ以上に多様な機能を提供している非公式の私設サービスも多数存在していると認識していますが、 それらのサービスに関する法的問題については詳細に調査していません。

How will mawashi / proxy play be handled in the future?
Regarding proxy play and related behavior, we believe that the measures taken by the official operation side have effectively addressed the root cause. Therefore, there are no plans to update the list beyond what has already been published.
However, the existing list will remain available at the link below.
Is sekai.run illegal?
First, sekai.run does not directly obtain, extract, or leak game data in any way. The service has primarily operated based on public data provided by other websites and Discord bots.
The service was temporarily closed in 2025 due to concerns raised by people around us and the need to review potential legal issues.
After reviewing several potential legal risks, we determined that operating a free, non-commercial service for the purpose of supporting the game community, based on factual data provided through third parties, was unlikely to raise legal issues. sekai.run was then reopened.
In addition, the third-party data used by this service does not contain personally identifiable information, such as real names, dates of birth, or phone numbers. Since collecting such information is not possible in the first place, we also determined that legal issues are unlikely in this regard.
We understand that the official operation side is already aware of the existence of sekai.run.
Similar websites and services also appear to be mostly operated based on Sekai Viewer data or other publicly available data.
There are many unofficial private services that have equivalent functionality to sekai.run or provide even more features. However, we have not conducted a detailed legal review of those similar services.
